I challenged myself to create something that musically pushed all my production skills to the limit. I wanted to gather all my musical influences, inspirations, technical learning, sound design, mixing and mastering skills and see what happens when I mindfully set out to make something the best that I could possibly make it. I spent almost 2 years returning again and again to tweak and add to this collection of tracks. I wanted to move beyond genres and make interesting, listenable, emotionally evocative music.

The result? I don't know. I think I'm too close to it to accurately judge. I've been dragging my feet on releasing it into the world because I feel like I could still make it better but it's time to let it go. It's certainly some of the most detailed and musically sophisticated work I've done. I spent countless hours refining each track. That doesn't mean that it's any good, of course. It does mean that I learned a lot and grew from the experience.
